Criticism: Separate self-worth from feedback; practice self-compassion.
Fear of Failure: Break tasks into steps, embrace mistakes as learning opportunities.
Overwhelm: Prioritize tasks, take breaks, and practice mindfulness.
Feeling Ignored: Express feelings calmly and focus on self-validation.
Sadness: Allow yourself to feel, then engage in a comforting activity.
Guilt: Acknowledge, apologize if needed, learn, and let it go.
